Spencer Moore brings exceptional organizational and communications skills to the role of Assistant Project & Operations Manager, empowering Flying Crow colleagues and clients to stay on track with efficient and effective tools to further their missions.

Leveraging a degree in digital interactive design, Spencer previously managed creative marketing projects for freelance clients and local startups before discovering a passion for collaborating with nonprofit groups via a student-led creative collective.

Currently, Spencer works remotely while pursuing a master's degree in Design for Sustainability at the University of Lisbon, aiming to recontextualize design thinking to manifest an intentional, equitable, and resilient future for people and the planet.
