Flying Crow Creative partnered closely with the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, a 45+ year old membership association, to execute a full suite of services beginning with a communications audit, member surveys, competitor analysis and messaging strategy, culminating in a comprehensive communications and marketing plan. The discovery work informed a total visual rebrand and a web design overhaul of both the public-facing and member websites, as well as all collateral and business materials.
