Laura Ware is a veteran of the communications industry, with more than 30 years of experience in branding, marketing and communications. A creative problem-solver at heart, Laura is passionate about discovering what makes organizations distinctive and helping them communicate their impact with clarity and resonance.

 

Prior to founding Flying Crow, Laura served as the Senior Vice President of Creative for a regional communications firm in Seattle. Previous to that role, she oversaw communications for a legal foundation in Texas. 

 

Throughout her career, Laura has partnered with numerous organizations - nonprofits, government agencies, businesses, philanthropies, associations - crafting award-winning, results-driven initiatives. She is committed to serving purpose-driven organizations in various capacities, having held roles as staff, volunteer, board member and consultant.
