Since 2024, Flying Crow has served as the strategic brand and marketing partner for Interconnected Alchemy (IA), a national capacity-building organization dedicated to shifting power toward communities of the Global Majority. Through our partnership, we have co-created a vibrant, values-aligned organizational identity and digital ecosystem that reflects IA's identity as a BIPOC-led change-maker and collaborator drives sustainable systems change.

Interconnected Alchemy wanted a brand that embodies the idea of interconnected transformation — expressing the “magic” that happens when people come together to create change. Through layered, fluid, and organic visual elements, the brand conveys community, resilience, movement, and possibility, reflecting both deep cultural grounding and the transformative power of collective liberation.
