She has a passion for assessing the position of businesses in the marketplace and helping them strategically build their brands. She combines analysis, imagination and innovation to create award-winning, results-driven work for her clients.


Laura Urban Perry

Head of Design & User Experience

Laura Urban Perry is a designer and creative director with more than two decades of experience developing marketing and branding campaigns for numerous nationally known clients. Laura’s passion is utilizing great design to create memorable experiences as well as to clarify ideas. She takes great care to listen to client needs and create tools that speak persuasively to their target audiences.


Bob Frause

Marketing & Research Strategist

Bob’s communication skills were honed at national communications firms like Hill and Knowlton Public Relations and DDB Advertising. Bob’s many years in the marketing communications field are distinguished by his work on behalf of public agency clients to achieve behavior change and bring attention to important initiatives and issues.


Karen Lett

Media Planner / Buyer

Karen is an integrated media planner with over a decade of agency experience. She is dedicated to creating thoughtful, efficient paid media plans that deliver visible results. Karen is savvy in digital and traditional media buying and planning techniques. She has spent her career researching and maintaining a record of trends, innovations, and changes that affect media buying. Her portfolio includes developing progressive media campaigns for clients both globally and locally, including Nike and Vulcan Real Estate.
